Our Business CultureSLTP is the most active element of the Coalition for the Advancement of Student Activities, Inc. CASA is a non-profit educational corporation staffed entirely by volunteers. A corporation’s philosophy is actualized through the manner in which it operates across the five dimensions: people, policies, practices, processes, and programs. Our organization strives to be student centered that is clearly evidenced across the five dimensions. Every element is directed towards servicing the largest and widest possible community to further our aim of student empowerment. None of our staff receive any compensation for their efforts. All tuition collected or monies raised go directly towards student services. Every policy, practice, process or program we stage is directed toward students and is based on our core beliefs of trust, respect, positivity and intentionality. Furthermore we strive to apply these core values throughout every practice in our corporation including staff training and development. The contributions of effort and time from our volunteers allows us to maximize the services we can provide to student leaders. In addition to volunteering their time and energy, our volunteers also participate in fundraising to further reduce our overhead expenses. For more information:
