TLC doing A-Frame At SLTP, we empower student leadership. We offer the very best in training for secondary school students and their teachers and advisers.

It is an experience like no other. Where words like “trust,” "respect,” “acceptance” and “friendship” become action. SLTP’s conferences and seminars are filled with fun and learning.

You’ll meet students who share your desire to make a difference and who are equally anxious to learn how.

In this section we will try to explain the SLTP way, from a student’s perspective.

Consider the following:

In Mass alone there are 280,000 high school students
Less than 2000 participated in ANY form of leadership training (.0007%)
In Mass there are 50,000 student leadership positions which were filled by 18,000 students (.06%)
In NE High Schools less than 500 students attend a formal leadership class (.000003%)

When you do the math, you can see the difference choosing to lead can make.
